Multicultural Greek Council

The Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) affirms multicultural necessity within the Greek community and advances the ideas of fraternal values within the council.

MGC was formed at UT Dallas in fall 2002 for fraternities and sororities that wished to participate in the Greek community but were not members of one of the other national councils. MGC promotes community service events, leadership development and scholarship.

How to Join

MGC does not hold structured/formal recruitment events together. Each organization conducts its own recruitment or membership intake. Those interested in joining an MGC organization should contact the president of the individual organization or Fraternity and Sorority Life.

MGC is excited to welcome students interested in learning more about the community to attend its “Showcase” event in the first two to three weeks of each semester.
