The Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) affirms multicultural necessity within the Greek com university and advance the ideas of fraternal values within the council.
MGC was formed at UT Dallas in fall 2002 for fraternities and sororities who wished to participate in the Greek community but were not members of one of the other national councils. MGC promotes community service events, leadership development and scholarship.
MGC does not hold structured/formal recruitment events together. Each organization conducts recruitment or membership intake on their own. Those interested in joining a MGC organization should contact the president of the individual organization or Fraternity and Sorority Life.
MGC is excited to welcome students interested in learning more about the community to attend their “Showcase” event in the first 2-3 weeks of each semester.
